Island Presentation templates

There are over 180,000 sea islands on this planet. We don't have as many Google Slides themes and PowerPoint templates yet, but the ones we do have are great, and this right here is a selection of designs that show islands (either as illustrations or photos) or use islands as a theme. But the actual question is: who counted all the islands on Earth to get that number?
