What are your available payment methods? What cards do you accept?
At this moment, the only platform supported for payment is Stripe. You may pay by credit or debit card, as long as it is enabled for online payments. Please note that Freepik Company (and therefore Slidesgo) is based in Spain, so international and recurring payments need to be allowed too.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Yes. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option (no discounts apply for renewals). To cancel the automatic renewal of your plan and avoid future non-desired payments, you must do so from your profile options. Click the drop-down arrow, then "Subscription" and, finally, "Cancel subscription".
